Minimum Device Requirements
Handheld device support is provided to a single user for a single device in conjunction with a single workstation. Shared devices and environments are not recommended or supported as they can result in unpredictable performance.
Palm Requirements
- OS: Palm OS 4 or higher
- Memory: 32 MB or higher
- Processor: 200 MHz or higher
- Applications: Sync, Palm Desktop (only the version that shipped with device), calendar, to-dos.
- Example Devices: Palm Tungsten Series, Treo 650
Windows Mobile/Pocket PC Requirements
- OS: Windows Mobile 2003 SE or higher –or- Windows Mobile 2005
- Memory: 32 MB or higher
- Processor: 300 MHz or higher
- Applications: Active Sync, calendar, tasks, contacts, and email (limited)
- Example Devices: PalmOne Treo 700, HP iPaq, Dell Axim, Samsung I730 Series
