To ensure reliable performance with the Oracle Collaboration Suite, it is essential to use the current Oracle certified and ITS-supported versions of sync software, OS and security patches. Prior to installing the new, supported software, all older versions of the sync software (e.g. OracleSync) must be uninstalled via the "Add/Remove Programs" option in the Windows Control Panel.
