Notes:
1) These are the common settings found by ITS to work on most IMAP email enabled PDAs. Settings are separated by typical “page” or “screen” separations. This document is not intended to be a comprehensive or step-by-step setup guide to any specific phone.
2) It is recommended that you perform a “hard reset” or format of your PDA prior to setting your PDA up to synchronize with the Zimbra server, especially if the PDA has previously been set to synchronize mail with another server.
