Zimbra Mobile Configuration - Treo (Palm OS)
Step 1 - Open VersaMail Account
- Click on the ‘Home’ key
- Click on ‘VersaMail’
Step 2 - Select Server Type
- Click on ‘Continue’ if prompted for initial setup
- If not prompted for initial setup
Click on the ‘Menu Dropdown’ button
Select ‘Accounts’
Click ‘Account Setup’
Highlight the desired account, and click on ‘Edit’
- In the ‘Account name’ field, enter CalPoly
- Using the ‘Mail service’ field, select Exchange ActiveSync
- Click ‘Next’
Step 3 - Enter Your Account Information
- In the ‘Username’ field, enter your email alias (without @calpoly.edu)
(ex. If your email address is ‘user_name@calpoly.edu’, just use ‘user_name’)
- In the ‘Password’ field, enter your email password
- Click ‘Next’
Step 4 - Configure Server Information
- In the ‘Email address’ field, enter your full email address
(ex: user_name@calpoly.edu)
- In the ‘Mail server’ field, enter connect.calpoly.edu
- Click ‘Next’
Step 5 - Test Account Settings
- Click on ‘Test Settings’
- Click ‘Yes’ if prompted to connect to the internet
- Click ‘Done’
Step 6 - Close Settings Page
- Click ‘Yes’ twice when prompted to overwrite your device data
- Click ‘OK’
