Zimbra Mobile Configuration - Treo (Windows) Exchange

 

Step 1 - Open ActiveSync

  • Click on ‘Start’
  • Select ‘Programs’
  • Click on ‘ActiveSync’

Step 2 - Configure Zimbra Server

  • Click on ‘Menu’
  • Click on ‘Configure Server’
  • In the ‘Server address’ field, enter connect.calpoly.edu
  • Check the box for ‘This server requires an encrypted (SSL) connection’
  • Click ‘Next’

Step 3 - Enter Your Account Information

  • In the ‘User name’ field, enter your email alias (without the @calpoly.edu)
    (ex. If your email address is ‘user_name@calpoly.edu’, just use ‘user_name’)
  • In the ‘Password’ field, enter your email password
  • In the ‘Domain’ field, enter calpoly.edu
  • Check the box for ‘Save password’
  • Click ‘Next’

Step 4 - Select Items To Synchronize

  • Select the items you would like to synchronize
  • Click ‘Finish’

Step 5 - Sync Your Account

  • Click ‘Sync’ (lower left hand corner)
